Refund Policy

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements may be approved for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. To review a claim, we may require photos of the item, packaging, and order details.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for items damaged through misuse, normal wear, incorrect sizing choices, accidental damage after delivery, or delays caused by shipping carriers. Orders already processed or shipped may not be canceled. Sale items, limited releases, and custom products may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

3. Approved Refunds & Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet policy requirements or show signs of abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of the refund system.
